We seek to strengthen India’s health workforce through training and education.
Medical College
Our first hospital is coming up in Ranchi, Jharkhand, as part of Azim Premji University’s third campus. The integrated campus will include a hospital, university, medical, nursing and allied health colleges, hostels, staff residences and a school. The hospital is planned as a 1,500-bed super-specialty facility, to be built in phases. The first phase of the hospital — comprising 230 beds — will begin operations in early 2027.

Health Education
Our Master of Public Health (MPH) programme at the Bhopal campus of Azim Premji University prepares both medical and non-medical professionals to address India’s most pressing public-health challenges, with a focus on equity, rights, and social justice.
